Basics of Screen Fighting Workshop

TAS is made up of a committed group of stage and screen actors who have spent the last few years working to put together a registered society for actors in Singapore, to serve as a platform of support for local actors. Our goal is to look after the welfare and development of actors in Singapore, so as to elevate the artistic and best practice standards of our industry. We are pleased to announce that our hard-work has finally paid off, and that TAS has finally been approved by the Registry of Societies, with plans in the following year well underway.

The first of these will be a Basics of Screen Fighting Workshop for actors. As actors, we are sometimes required to carry out fight scenes, so it is crucial that we know how to carry them out safely and effectively. Therefore, we have engaged the stunt team from Peps Goh Fight Design to share some tips & tricks of fighting on-screen and stage safely! You can check out his profile here:- https://www.pepsgoh.com/

At the end of the class, we will also do a short introduction to TAS. Members of the committee will also be present on the day to answer any questions you may have about TAS, and the rights and benefits you can expect as a member.
